TablEdit Users Say:
"Although I've played "at" the guitar for many years, I've recently start back with a little more focus. I suppose I'm an emerging fingerstyle/classic student. and TablEdit lets me add fingerings for both hands with a click of the mouse. I also use the midi scores to practice duets and as a metronome. So, it's a great practice aid too."

To install TEFview, you'll need to unzip the TEFView distribution file and place its component files on your hard drive. The distribution file for Windows is a self-extracting archive and when you run it TEFview will be installed in a sub-directory (or folder) of Program Files called /tabledit. The StuffIt file for Mac (tefview.sit) need to be unstuffed into a folder of it's own using StuffIt Expander (freeware). If you want to print the musical stave or if you see boxes instead of musical symbol when you run TEFview, you'll need to manually install the TablEdit True Type font (tef265.ttf) that was included in the distribution archive on your system. Otherwise, you'll get some strange symbols instead of the notes. |
